Office party or corporate event food truck rental at your workplace
Are you at work and you need to put together an office party or a corporate catering event with a food truck catering service company? For a group of 70 people at lunchtime (12 pm to 2 pm) catering service will cost you an average of $1800 for about 90 meals. Renting one of our food trucks is the answer to fun back-to-school festivities! We have all kinds of cuisines for you and we can bring many trucks for a high number of students or guests. Cheesesteaks, burgers, BBQ, Southern fried chicken, tacos, salads, Asian food, desserts with ice cream, and cupcakes—we’ve got it all! The price of the service is around $20 a guest for the savory food trucks and around $12 per guest for the dessert trucks.
Time of service can be accommodated for night service, as many colleges and campuses prefer having their food truck catering take place the night after all classes are finished. Conference or convention events
If you have a large conference or a big event in a convention center, you know that your guests and visitors will spend long hours walking, talking, and networking. Breaktime comes and everyone will love to grab a savory and delicious meal from our amazing NYC food trucks. Whether it’s a high-volume event like NYC Comic-Con or Rolling Loud music festival where people come by the thousands or just an average event with a few hundred meals, our food trucks will handle the work and get that job done. For situations like that, we have the option of vending or pre-paid catered meals.
Prepaid means that our trucks serve a set amount of meals to the guests who will have meal vouchers, and we will get paid for that agreed amount of money per meal ticket. The average price for most meals is between $17 and $25 depending on what’s in the meal if it comes with a side, and a drink or not.
Vending sales* is another option for very large events, where we set our trucks to make a selling menu with pricing so the guests and attendees can purchase their food with their own money. Please contact us for more info if you’re interested in a vending event.
Food truck wedding catering
Your wedding day is one of the more important days of your life. Having a food truck cater for your wedding can be inexpensive and fun! Traditional weddings usually incur a higher cost because of the sheer scale and preparation involved. But with Gary’s Steaks, that cost is cut in half! Traditional wedding catering can cost per plate around $70 per person. With Gary’s Steaks, the cost is more likely to be $35 per person, based on an average of a 100-person guest list and the type of menu items, time of day, and travel distance. Local community events
If you are having a fundraiser for the community or a charity, or are organizing a block party to socialize with your neighbors, offering delicious catered food is an appealing way to entice people to come to your event! For fundraiser events, the price depends on how big they are. Our catering prices range from $18 to $23 for savory food trucks and around $12 for dessert trucks. Every family has a few reasons to host a party, whether it’s a birthday party, graduation party, bar mitzvah, holiday party, and more. Our food truck catering service will help you put together the food part! We will bring our BBQs, burgers, cheesesteaks, tacos, hot dogs, French fries, and soft fresh drinks all served from a mobile kitchen with experienced staff, and you can just sit back and enjoy your moments! Our pricing ranges from $20 a meal to $25, depending on the meal. A few other factors can affect the price, like the hours of service if it’s more than a two-hour duration, and distance and location from our main food commissaries.
